Lately its been a lot going on with me my family friends and others, and i was starting to feel tired and defeated, and letting everyone get the best of me. As I was online I was looking at quotes that are for inspiration in your life, since I really dont have any inspiration right now, and i found a quote that was perfect for me by Maya Angelou. Maya Angelou Stated:
You may encounter many defeats, but you must not be defeated. In fact, it may be necessary to encounter the defeats, so you can know who you are, what you can rise from, how you can still come out of it.

This qoute caught my eye because I took it as you can only be defeated if you let others run over you, be the bigger person and walk with your head held high because when doing that you can defeat others through intimidation when you make them realize that nothing they do or say can bring you down.
